DRT2-OD16 drive MY2N-J relay problem

When 1, 2f DRT2-OD16 DRT2-OD16 DRT2-OD16 outputs 3 relays at the same time, one of the relays is dim, and the DRT output contact voltage is measured to be about 9V. Has happened so many times, what is the problem? How to solve?
In addition, the instructions note that when the transistor is driven, please confirm the leakage current and connect the discharge resistance as required. What do you mean?
