We have a40A MR-C40A servo MR-C40A driver connected to the HC-MFS23BG2 motor. It has been displaying the A20 encoder error alarm. Is the drive and servo motor mismatched? Thank you

The MR-C-A amplifier can not be connected to the HC-MFS series motor. The MR-C series is an old model servo amplifier.
