Logical AND connection allows complicated applications in,
combination with other G9SX-series Units.
Certification for compliance with IEC/EN 61508 (SIL3), IEC/EN,
62061 (SIL3) and EN ISO13849-1 (PLe/Safety Category 4) E3ZM-LS69X. Wiring: Screw terminals.
Backup power supply function for memory protection:
Provided (approx. 10 years at 25°C).
