Not connected to the computer with the computer CJ1W-V600C11

The CJ1M- CJ1W-V600C11 module, CJ1W-V600C11 which is removed from the old cabinet, reconfiguring the IO module, now the ERR/ALM light is on, and the connection is not connected to the computer (using the COM connection).
The ERR/ALM light may be because the previous program settings are different from the present, but now they can't be connected or changed.
